WWII OPERATION FOOTLOCKER
Participants will have the opportunity to gain a richer appreciation of WWII military life by exploring the military artifacts inside the footlocker.
WWII OPERATION HOME FRONT
Participants will have the opportunity to explore how life dramatically changed for US civilians on the Home Front during WWII.
MILITARY MAPPING IN WWII
Participants will learn about cartography, the Army Map Service, and the 3M girls during WWII. Learn more about the women in Cartography.
ONE FAMILY'S WWII HISTORY
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about how one American family sent six brothers and two sisters into service—each answering the call of duty in a different way. Together, this family’s story captures the full scope of America’s WWII experience.
WWII VETERANS: HONORING OUR LOCAL HEROES
This educational program shares the patriotic stories of local World War II veterans that are currently honored through exhibits and artifacts at the Tri-State Warbird Museum.
